Error 1310 while trying to update Adobe Acrobat

I have been trying to update Adobe Acrobat for the past hour with no success at first I was getting Error 1321 and then it changed to Error 1310 and still not getting anywhere can somebody help me fix and please don't give me a link to the Adobe website I have already been there and it was no help

Well matey, you must have missed THIS one? It is common and not JUST with Adobe products AND
