Windows 10 Pro (x64)

Where did you get Windows 7 Enterprise? The fact you are running that sends up red flags.

Windows 7 enterprise 64 bit

It just came with the computer I really never got around to changing it there was an issue though a while back I was just doing stuff on the computer when it said that I did not have a genuine copy of windows so I had to verify that it was a genuine copy so I followed the program(windows update)'s instructions to verify the software I even double checked the websites authenticity to make sure it was not some elaborate hoax and it said that it was a verified genuine copy of windows 7 but there was a message on the bottom right hand side of the screen that said otherwise until the next day when I switched the computer back on.
