PC reboots a few seconds into skype videocall

I have a pc which had windows xp. I have been using skype a lot. A few days ago a very weird problem appeared. When I start a videocall the pc reboots 10-30 seconds after I start it. If I start a call without video, everything happens normally. I reinstalled skype and windows and the problem remained. I heard that the latest version of skype had problems with windows xp and I wanted to upgrade to windows 7 for a while anyway, so I installed windows 7 and the problem remained. I have tryed 3 different web cameras, no luck.
I tryed to use my web camera at another computer, and everything works fine. Any help?

If you haven't already, install Service Pack 1 and all windows updates. It sounds like it's crashing due to a graphics problem and the crash causes the PC to restart.

Startup time from 75 seconds to 165 seconds. What is wrong?
Hello forum. I have a month-old Dell Inspiron N7010 Core i5 460M with 6 gigs of ram running on Windows 7. Until recently, it has been starting up in about 75 seconds. However, out of nowhere, it suddenly began starting up in between 2 and a half minutes to 3 minutes. I am completely baffled,...

Random Blue screen for 2 seconds then Black then reboots!?!
Prepare yourselves for a long tl;dr... sorry!!! :) Ok this has happened randomly within the past week. I have not installed anything for a little while so I doubt it is that. The first time it happened was when I was playing Anno 1404 (upto date patches), this was after many hours of...

RC hangs ~every 4 seconds for about 2-3 seconds
Pretty much the title here. Except sometimes it will work just fine if I'm not doing too much. The startup also hangs after the splash logo to the login screen for about 10 seconds. In build 7000, there was no lag at all. Any ideas? Driver suggestions? Not sure.... Thanks!
