Does anyone know where I can download "Universal Theme Patcher. I need it for Windows 7 64 bit and I would prefer a site that does NOT require a membership.

Has anyone used Universal Theme Patcher? I am looking at using a 3rd party theme on my Windows 7 64-bit system but am not entirely convinced as yet. Is this safe?

transparent taskbar and startmenu. They now look like windows 95 style .... errrrrrr :mad: I dont even have the option in 'personalization' to check or uncheck transparency! is there a reverse patcher :) system restore did nothing. Cheers
