    PDF editing alternatives

Can anybody recommend cheaper software that allows for full editing of Adobe PDFs?

We've been using Acrobat Pro, but the $450 per license is real a budget killer.

There are quiet a few PDF Editors. I've used Foxit Phantom which I found very good and also PDF-XChange but there are others like Nitro PDF so I suppose it depends on your budget

I do it a bit differently. I use a PDF to Word converter. Then I edit the Word document and save it as PDF.

This is a handy on-line converter that you need not install. It does a really good job - even with pictures and hyperlinks. Example attached.
