I was playing around with this program. I think it is extremely useful if you want to find information about your system.

I can see where that would come in very useful Wolfgang ... There are many Programs as you know to Identify Hardware have never seen one which can state the Chipset ...

Thanks, Wolfgang! That looks intriguing. I have a couple, three other programs that do most of what this one claims but Eureka! looks especially interesting. It would be nice to combine all the tools I have been using into one. I have it bookmarked and will have to play with investigate it later.

I see that the free version has been withdrawn (that's what I've got installed) - I do indeed find it useful.

Sorry - didn't realise that the free version could still be found.

Important: Free version comes bundled with open candy and you need to block the open candy setup .dll to clean install it. The problem is that I cannot remember the exact file name!

Edit: It's OCSetupHlp.dll

Edit: Still get the warning but the file cannot execute on my machine and SIW clean installs.
