My boss need to install some software in his Laptop, windows 7 32 bit pro. But when i execute the installer, it come out unrecognized language. I think it is Chinese simplified but when i enable the Chinese simplified, the result is the same. Can someone help me on this.

I already got the setting located. Now the language in installer is turn to chinese language. setting in region and language as in picture, i select click "change system locale" and select chinese simplified..only the efect is some language in your pc will turn to chinese language.. huhu.. thanks everyone who care to help me.
