Autoruns v13.0

This major update to Autoruns, an autostart execution point (ASEP) manager, now has integration with to show the status of entries with respect to scans by over four dozen antimalware engines. It also includes a revamped scanning architecture that supports dynamic filters, including a free-form text filter, a greatly improved compare feature that highlights not just new items but deleted ones as well, and file saving and loading that preserves all the information of a scan

Need help with Autoruns
I installed & ran scan last week for a certain problem which I do believe is resolved but now don't know what to do about the rest of the scan results, I have absolutly no idea what any of it means. Autoruns vs Winpatrol
I have skimmed over info on these to apps and they 'appear' similar. I have not found 'recent' discussion here on these two and want to know a)major difference and b)under what conditions do I need one or the other. -thank you

Not sure that the attached entry in the jpg file is for....don't think I have seen this on any machines here at home ? Should I uncheck it and/or remove it from autoruns.arn file ? Thanks...TRinAZ

Autoruns Question
I have just downloaded and executed autoruns to diagnose bootup issues. The problem is that when I browse to the logon tab, all processes are ticked even though many of them aren't automatically loaded as startup (and unticked in msconfig for that matter). Am I missing something over here or is it...
