Creating an oval image

Many years ago I knew how to crop an image into an oval frame, but I cannot recall how. Was it in Word (I have Word 2010) or in Elements (I have Elements 8)
Help please
Thanks in advance

In Word 2010
Select the picture
Click on Picture Tools in the Ribbon.
Click on the Picture Styles drop down list.
There are a couple of Oval shapes in there.

In the Picture Tools you can also click on Crop > Crop to shape.
Oval is in the Basic Shapes.
