    MSV C++ error installing pspx7

I have windows 7 and have been trying to install photoshop x7 and am getting this error
Ive tried everything I know to. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both vcredist_x64 and
    vcredist_x86.
I have gone into the systems and started up some of the disabled items to whereas there arent any left that are disabled. just to be on that safe side..
Ive cleaned out and performed windows updates...
I have ran or tried to install using the admin on all exe's..

For anyone that may be having this same issue and nobody here will help. This is what I did and it worked for me.

I downloaded Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4
Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 from Official Microsoft Download Center

then installed my software and had no problems.

Well I'm just thinking that over 500 looked at your request for help and didn't have the answer.

I didn't know the answer because I don't and haven't ever used Photoshop Pro x7 or any other Corel program.

I'm glad you Googled and found the answer to your problem. Good job.

It wasnt just that particular software, it was anything I was trying to install, I should have mentioned that, but figured that after googling this issue it was a popular one, just never found an answer that worked for me... and I had tried many many different things all with no avail. But Ive solved it on my own and now the info is here in case someone else might have the same problem.

Yes letting other members know the whole problem would of brought more responses.

Was this offered in Windows Updates?

Is this computer on a domain or network that might of been blocking the update.

Most members don't use Enterprise. Is this a company computer?

Again, my mistake, I need to correct that. I was installing enterprise for someone else. I have a windows 7 home edition... I should be more specific. Its like me creating a thread and just saying "my computers broke"....lol As if everyone knows what is going on... Im very sorry about that. If Id been asked to be specific Id have done that, it would have been better to type out a few words than nothing at all tho.. but alls well..as I figured it out on my own.
I have been having issues updating .net frame and such, but I was able to install the redistributable manually. problem is that it was the 2008 I was installing not the 2012...
