Preview pane is open in Skype, how can I disable it?

So this is something that's been bothering me for a while.. And I'm aware that Skype forums would probably be a better place for asking, but I like this forum so I thought I'd try here first. Anyway, I'm not stupid when it comes to computers. I know how you normally disable (or at least hide) the preview pane, but the usual button for doing so isn't there. I'll show screenshots below to prove this. But first I have to ask; Has anyone else had this problem? How do I fix it?

Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
That looks like a upload dialog box that only Skype will be able to fix that I know of,

You could try another browser and see if it appears differently ?

I'm not using a browser. That's the dialog that opens when I click Change my picture on Skype. Guess I'll go ahead and post this ther instead. x3
