    Best duplicate file finder.


    I'm curious what free software tool you guys think is best for sniffing out & cleaning duplicate files on a PC?

    I don't use one, but there's a lot listed duplicate file finder - Google Search

    It's a good question. This feature is badly needed as so many of us become data hoarders. Our friends at Lifehacker did a good story on Auslogics and it seems to work well.

    BTW, who uses Google?!? There's a search engine called Bing that's a worth look.

    I'll take a look at the Auslogic file finder. i used to use their defrag app and it was very good so i'm sure this will be just the same.

I need a duplicate file finder that will let me delete a whole folder. The way I search is, after I find duplicates I put them in a Folder named Dup then scan again.
