  • Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 SP1 (included on DVD-ROM)
  • Internet connection (for Gracenote MusicID™)
  • Internet Explorer 5.1 or later (included on DVD-ROM)"

Now look at Acid Pro 7 system requirement:

Sony Creative Software - ACID Pro 7 - System Requirements

  • Microsoft® Windows® XP (SP2 or later), Windows Vista™, or Windows 7
  • 1.8 GHz processor (2.0 or faster recommended)
  • 1 GB RAM (2.0 GB or more recommended)

windows 7

the odd thing is.. i have acid pro 5.. which like 7 is a fully working demo.. just without autherization and activation...

5 installs fine... it boots up supprizingly slowly tho.. around 5 mins to start up...

would this be something to do with the xp mode or something??

is xp mode a hinderance to the speed???

it is odd that this works but 6 doesnt... hmmm

thanks for your suggestions tho.. i hope microsoft may update this issue
