Migrating programs from previous installation

Due to a recent error with my computer, I will have to reinstall Windows 7 completely. What is the best way to migrate all my programs from my previous installation? I have all the necessary files, only thing corrupted was the bootloader (MBR). I have paid programs there, some may not be recoverable, along with the data. All help is appreciated. Thanks!
