Nirsoft Blue screen dump viewer showing 0 crashes

My PC has been blue screening about 10 times a week for the past year and a half but when I run the program it says I have 0 crash dump files that I can view.

If you haven't been cleaning them out with disk cleanup or some other software then you probably don't have your system set to create small memory dumps (Minidump),

From the system requirements for Nirsoft BlueScreenView,

BlueScreenView works with Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8, as long as Windows is configured to save minidump files during BSOD crashes.
Blue screen of death (STOP error) information in dump files.

Here's a tutorial for setting them up correctly,

Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

    Number 6 specifically.

It's not the best or most informative way to figure out your crashes, WinDbg is far superior.

You could also post in our BSOD section for professional help.

I have an ongoing thread in that forum trying to solve the problems, just using this program to try and help locate the issue:) - thank you for the links.
