Alright well I do have a solution to this problem. This error will never go away NEVER. I usually run into this problem unless the first thing I install is Photoshop. But there is another way. Install Photoshop either onto a second computer or a Virtual Machine then copy the contents of C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop to the location on your computer. Done done fixed.

Adobe fails at creating working installers....like why must I close Firefox? *head shakes*

so i install ? adobe on this pc then i got it installed on my vista machine i copy the components or just copy compondents without installing on my windows 7 pc??

if u dnt undersntad dw but :P but i have registerd it on other pc does that matter?
