    At least Norton is popping up with a message
    Usually from what I remember it would just block silently and everyone would blame the browser

    Sorry, it seems like you're trying to access malicious site so Norton blocking it, if you still want to access that page please click "Continue to site anyway" it will allow you to access that page but its not recommended.

    There is no need to download from Cnet. The Filehippo site provides a clean copy.

    Well Cnet started bundling their own toolbar with downloads and in order to avoid installing it you needed to click on the direct download link for the file that you wanted to download.
