    Hi, I have a acer aspire laptop, and I asume Acer eSettings Management should be on there.

    Hi ... It is the Launch Manager software you are looking ... Can be fond on the Acer Website under applications ...

Hi, my computer is not working. It won't get past the start up screen so I am trying to do the Acer eRecovery Management. I can pull it up just fine but the blue circle (thinking) has been there for awhile and won't finish loading..is that normal? any ideas? Thanks!

hi. i'm just confused about one of the options of the acer erecovery management, the "restore operating system and retain user data" option. i'm thinking of using it actually. my current OS is windows7. originally, my OS was vista. there is also a backup OS for windows vista in my laptop...
Since upgrading my Acer Aspire 9813WKMi I've had compatibility issues with Enet Management and the utility is blocked. I've checked on the Acer Support Site but they don't have any utilitiy downloads for Windows 7 yet. Any ideas how I can resolve this?
