I deleted the dot key and it did not come back after reboot.

What do you mean by OP? Which original post? The one about the dot key I just deleted? The type in the image I uploaded shows REG_SZ, is this what you are asking about?

I searched the registry for {269c2e5e-96b3-48fc-91d8-4ade5a925355} and ended up with just over 10 separate results. What would you suggest I do with these?

Sorry that I was not clear. In your very first post in this thread, you have a screenshot that shows a folder (directory). The Windows Explorer column named Type has "MinimumPrice" for each file. What shows up in the Type column when you navigate to that same folder now?

Leave any entries with {269c2e5e-96b3-48fc-91d8-4ade5a925355} alone for for now. They might be of some use to those that help you determine if your computer is infected. I was just wondering how many places it shows up. Thanks for that info.

    You are welcome.

Something still wants to change the FileExts/dot key. Blocking that change is only a work around. Now might be a good time to consider options 1 and/or 2 from my earlier post.
