CCleaner is very easy to use. You just check or uncheck what you want it to remove.

found why window washer wouldnt work its because i upgraded from vista to windows 7 ive reinstalled it and it now working.... thanks for your help and advice

ive been told by webroot its not compatible but there going to release a update in 2010
