    Fullscreen Application Keeps Minimizing Itself


    I'm getting an issue where almost every full screen application will open, start to load, but then minimizes the application into the task bar. Whenever I click the application from the task bar, it will start to play sound, but then minimizes again. I've went to property's to change the compatibility mode, but it doesn't change anything. How do I fix the issue?

    Perform a clean startup and if it stops, you can enable selectively until you find the culprit:
