    Can't open PDFs


    I received the attached message about two weeks ago after being unable to open a simple pdf
    from a company.
    I unstalled Foxit and installed the latest Acrobat Reader (AR DC?) -- same thing.
    Just now I tried to open a pdf of a major software purchase and got the same message.
    I've tried various ways to "fix" this, no success. This is very bizarre and frustrating. Your help, please.

    Have you tried right-clicking the link for the .pdf file and Save the file to your HDD? Have you tried downloading on a different computer and Save to a USB Thumb/Flash drive?

    I'm sitting in front of the monitor trying to figure out how I can adequately thank you, dear Berton. I right clicked and the pdf opened. You have smart brains. ellenc

Can anyone help here?. When I try to download a PDF I get a blank IE screen which after some time comes up with a message that there ia a fault with Adobe Acrobat reader. I've downloaded and installed a new version of Reader and it makes no difference. Sometimes (rarely) it works OK.
