Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Ok so I removed all the mods in GTA V and restarted the PC, but the problem didn't go away. Any other suggestions?

Scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware free

And a clean re-install :) Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

Ok so I removed all the mods and restarted the laptop. But the problem still continues. Any other suggestions?
