    Downloaded Executables Won't Run

Hello everyone! So, I don't know when this problem started, but probably a few days back. The EXEs I already had on my laptop run perfectly fine, but whenever I download an EXE from the internet, it doesn't do anything. I double-click them, open the task manager, look at the program I ran, and it gets stuck to a specific amount of memory usage (Depending on how heavy the program is), and some seconds later it closes. I can't see it on the task manager. Examples are: "WinRAR Installer", "FIFA 14 (After I installed but the game won't run)", "FiveM installer (A multiplayer client for GTA V)".
I tried one thing and transfered the FiveM installer to another laptop which was new, and it worked! It was installing perfectly on that laptop. So I transfered the installed files back to my laptop, and when I ran the EXE that was installed (Along with a lot of other DLLs and related files that were installed with the program), it had the same problem. It got stuck to a certain amount of memory usage, and closed. Now I'm totally confused, I tried the fix on Microsoft's website (First Automatically, didn't work, then manually, that also didn't work). Any help would be much appreciated.
    Thanks.

    Greetings, Pardeep.

Try a clean startup - Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
Try installing in Safe Mode (with or without Networking), you will need to run SafeMSI.exe first when in Safe Mode. Please note that, successful installation depends on which services are needed by the installer. So one can fail and other work.

I ran the PC in Safe Mode with Connectivity, ran "SafeMSI.exe", downloaded the FiveM Installer in Safe Mode with Connectivity, ran it and still the same problem. Stucks to a specific amount of RAM usage and closes. I also ran a scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware in Safe Mode with Connectivity. It just picked up some "Non-Malware Unused Programs" and there wasn't any malware hidden in the laptop. However, I noticed something fishy, along with the installer another program called "WerFault.exe" (Located in the System32 folder) runs, and closes at the exact same moment when the FiveM Insatller closes. And WerFault has different amounts of RAM usage every two seconds or three seconds, just like any normal program. Same with the WinRAR installer, and the program is still "WerFault.exe".

Yes, in the "Applications" section of the event log, there was an Application Error. The Application name was "FiveM.exe", and there was a "Faulting Module Name" and it was "ntdll.dll" in the System32 folder. Now, I obviously can't delete or move it because then the computer won't run. I also can't replace a fresh file with it because I once tried to replace "KernelBase.dll" and "kernel32.dll" which I downloaded from DLL Files, but when I restarted the laptop, it wasn't running. Luckily, I had moved the original files to the desktop and ran Command Prompt when the laptop was starting, and used it move the original files back to the System 32 folder, and then it was running. So what can I do now?

    Do you have any mods?

Uh in GTA V or Windows?

If GTA V: Yes, I have several mods, but the mods I have, people haven't reported them to contain malware, as the "Angry Planes" and "NoClip" mods contained malware, but I didn't download them.
If Windows: I don't know what the heck that means

For GTA V, yes. Try removing the mods.

But of course this won't help with any other issues you may be having.
