    Is it possible to disable encryption on Windows


    I am developing an Adobe flex application which uses flex's EncryptedLocalStrore. I would like to turn off Windows Encryption ability momentarily to observe my applications behavior when it attempts to access the
    EncryptedLocalStrore while it is unavailable. Is this possible???
