    Unnecessary Apps!!!


    Avast smart scan has detected 44 unecessary Apps!!! What can I do for resolving this problem since I do not have any idea which are the unnecessary apps so far!! Thanks any way!

    Sorry, by now I can not remember how to have a screen shot. Can you give any tips about? I have run for performance issues on Avast and have a listing of it but how can I copy it or have a screen shot??? Thanks anyway!!

    Also follow Option One of System Information File - Create in Windows and upload the resulting .zip file.

    That is what I have found so far.....but the display of avast is very hard to copy!! And I have not copy the whole listing at all!! Thanbs anyway!!

    Many such items are not really problems. For those that are not a problem don't waste your time.

    Your listing, above, mentions BHOs ...

    Some applications install browser helper objects (BHOs) ... for integration with Explorer. This can be good, or bad. Good when they make it easy to choose a file from Explorer and have the apps act on that file. Bad when a bug in a poorly written BHO causes Explorer to hang, or otherwise misbehave.

    If there's a problem, disable the BHO using ShellExView (freeware).
    If there's not a problem, ignore it.
