GWX Control Panel.
Free to user ,small download and user friendly interface.
This app installs and totally get rid of nag screens from Task bar and desktop re Windows 10 .
Also stops Win 10 from upgrading if you unwittingly click on windows update without first viewing all updates and preselecting.

Way too many internet solutions and most seem to vary in approaches to proceedures involved for removal and for novices ,this can prove daunting.
Author does have credible credentials and the app is well documented and worked for me , 2 minutes to erase all symptoms of nag screens and Win 10 update windows.
Hope this is of help to those inflicted by Microsoft forced invasion.oh and im not paid ,involved or connected in any way to author.

Free Macro program
This is probably a long shot, but does anyone know a free program like Macro Express. I want to send email and not have to keep cutting and paste things into the email. Each email is different, but the cut and paste text parts are pretty much the same. Hope that makes sense.
