Stuck in grub4dos loaderafter scanning OS with Spyhunter 4

Hey ya'll god I hope someone can help! Here's the deal. Installed Spyhunter to get rid of some browser redirects. It did find a good handfull of things but then it asked me to reboot and now I'm stuck in a boot loop and can't get back in to windows. I get to a black and white screen that gives me 3 options for boot:

SpyHunter
WindowsXP (I don't have XP installed)
Windows Vista/7 (I do have 7 installed)

When I try the Windows options I get:

find --set-root /bootmgr_
Error 17: File not found
Press any key to continue...

When I try SpyHunter it just goes through detection state, goes to a blue and white screen and after scanning the host directory it says that spyhunter.fix cannot by found.

Any ideas? Thanks!!

Yup tried that, no love. It just takes me to the same looping booting process

Wouldn't safe mode come up when I use f8?
