Does anyone know if its possible to recover a file from imgburn cache?

I burnt a data dvd a month ago (burnt numerous dvd since that) but I need to recover a file I deleted after the burn and was hoping theres a large cache for everything burnt?

Those are temporary files so chances are slim to non existent.

This appears to be where the files may be. However, I looked at mine and there is no data left from the last time I used imgburn.

ShadowExplorer may be worth a look. If by some strange twist of fate you have a restore point that old. Good to have and free anyway.
