Unhandled exception box for Microsoft.NET Framework

I have been having this same box pop up EVERY time I start my computer up. Says type initializer for "????" threw an exception. I have 2 options, to continue which appears to do nothing leaving the same box on the screen, OR Quit. I choose quit and the box goes away and I am able to continue using the computer.

    Here is a screenshot:

Any thoughts on how to stop this? TY

Looks like you've got something with an Asian name loading on startup that Windows doesn't like, or that doesn't like Windows.

In any event, it's crashing and throwing a .NET exception.

Can you type msconfig in the search bar, navigate to "Startup" and take a screen shot and post it, please? Chances are your problem is being loaded there, and maybe we can weed it out for you.

Also, click on "Details" in that popup window and take a screen shot of the popup only so that we can read the text.
