Is it ok to use these software?

Is it ok to use these software? I just wanted to make sure they are not pup, viruses or malware. I also know some won't work with windows 7. Thank you in advance for any information you can provide.

    AgentRansack_828.exe Free File Searching Utility
Daphne_setup_x64.msi Daphne is an advanced task manager-not sure?
DittoSetup_64bit_3_20_54_0.exe Ditto is an extension to the standard windows clipboard
    IsoBurner-Setup.exe Burns iso images

ProcessExplorer.zip Process Explorer is a lightweight and portable advanced process management utility

vhdattach390.exe Unknown what this file is or does.

    rw32-setup-1.0.2.3 rawrite32 writes images

SetupReadyDriverPlus.exe Unknown what this file is or does.
Tflash.exe Block flash (Doesn't work as good as it use to)
CRYLE.EXE Some type of encryption program.

    Hi:

It would be hard to say for sure (and probably risky to do so) without more information besides just the application name.

It might be safer to upload the installers to virustotal.com or a similar service to check them.

    As far as compatibility/performance, I wouldn't have a clue.
    But perhaps someone else might...

    Cheers,
    MM

Okay I can't say much about your entire list but I use the following:

Daphne_setup_x64.msi Run on demand process manager/ killer. I prefer ProcessHacker but keep Daphne around anyway.

ProcessExplorer.zip Totally safe to use. See the tutorial here:

Windows 7: Process Explorer + VirusTotal (to check all processes with 50+ AV's)

SetupReadyDriverPlus.exe Installs ReadyDriverPlus. Allows you to install unsigned drivers. Modifies boot loader to disable driver signature enforcement. If you want to install unsigned drivers and disable driver signature enforcement you will need to check any new drivers file reputation if you install them.

The name of the setup program tells you very little about it's safety. Where you got the program from is of far greater importance. Many (most?) of the popular download sites package legitimate programs with PUPs. Whenever possible it is best to obtain software directly from the developers website. Unfortunately that isn't always possible.

Process Explorer is a highly respected Task Manager alternative.
Daphne is another such program. I tried it but wasn't impressed but many people like it.

I know little about the rest.
