How to do a back up like this.

    Hello everyone,

I perform a clean installation of Windows 7 and installed the programs that I want, like anti-virus, games, etc.

but I still have 5 computers left. How can I clone it?

Is there a program that can make an Image of my Operating System? and then deploy it to the remaining 5 PC? without the use of Windows Deployment Services and Windows Server.

also no using of Hard Drive cloning tools. just simply ISO.

    Two Options: Clone or Image
A clone is a direct copy, bit for bit, so that the data stored on the cloned drive is identical to the data on the original drive. From the operating system to the hidden directory files, from your desktop to the device drivers, everything is copied identically.

The second option is to create a disk image, which is a snapshot of the drive data; it still creates a complete copy of the drive contents, but it does so in a single compressed file. It's sort of like copying your entire drive to a big .zip file. You can actually back up more than one image, letting you save the entirety of your drive multiple times and different points in time, and save them locally (to a backup partition) or onto a separate drive, however, is that the image isn't immediately functional.

Program: Acronis Backup, Macrium Reflect Free, Clonezilla, and EaseUS Todo Backup Free all can do the job well.

Are the other 5 computers almost identical to the 1st? Do you have 5 more Win 7 Product Keys?

A simple cloning probably will not work, you'll most likely need to use the Sysprep command to generalize the 1st Win 7 installation and clone that. See this article: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/the-system-preparation-tool-sysprep-in-microsoft-windows-7
