How to get rid of all data with software?

Okay so I have this new ATI TV Wonder 600 usb Tv tuner and I installed the software everthing was working fine, until I decided to use windows media center, then it all went crazy... the regular software that came with it stopped working, and I tried to uninstall it and it would say "kernel.exe" or something could not be launched... so I tried to uninstall with the cd for the drive and stuff, but that wouldn't ever go anywhere, and so I tried to install again, but that didn't go anywhere...

So then I did something stupid and booted in safemode and just deleted the folder... cause it was ticking me off...

now I'm trying to install and whatever still can't get nothing moving... I'm lost what do I need to do thanks!

Windows 7 pro 64 bit! I wanna try to remove the drive for the usb thing, and remove all the software i installed from it... but i need help

    thanks!

Do a system restore to a time prior to your installation of the TV tuner card.

    Then contemplate your next move.

Do you have any particular reason to believe that your TV tuner card and its software are compatible with Windows 7 64 bit?
