    Video Conferencing Software needed.

Does anyone know of a decent alternative to "Skype For Business" that can be used for video conference calls with multiple participants?

    The scenario is:

One office filled with a group of up to 10 people using just the one one machine for video/ audio.

Up to 10 more individuals joining the chat from other locations.

The main problem is with audio. When more than one person talks in the main room (containing 10 people) the is being other users in remote locations cannot hear what is said.

    Any suggestions?

Does anybody use either of the following for video conferencing in the workplace?

    Acer Chromebox for meetings

    ASUS Chromebox for meetings CN62

If so what type of google account is needed to use it with hangouts?

My company would like to avoid Google Apps for Business so can this setup be used with a regular Google+ account with access to hangouts?

Requirement: A small group of up to 10 people in one room using video conferencing to communicate with individuals in remote locations (away from the office)
