What happened to my Snipping Tool?

    try this when the snipping tool is on the taskbar ,right click it select p[roperties and then the open file location button,this will show where it is, then right click the snipping tool where you find it then select pin to start menu .that ought to do it.

    Windows Update maybe? Could it have updated the tool, thus making the links unavailable?
