Not found shortcut after installing Android SDK Tool

Hey guys.
I downloaded android sdk and installed much packages.. but i dont see the application to coding.. how?

Integrated development environment

What program do you use to develop? Eclipse? Android Studio? Visual Studio? Something else?
Where do you typically develop? You should be able to use the SDK within it.
