Only if you're into P2P or Torrenting. Since I gave up on P2P (Yay, Shareaza!) I didn't see any further need.

Those programs are only as good as their IP lists. If a snooping outfit goes online with a 'not on the list' IP - then you are visible.

It installs, and just as I click finish it fails. Gives me this message. and yes I download the one for Windows 7 that is 32/64 compatible.
