You should get most of these if not all using Windows 7 Updates.

VS 2010 has been running on my Win 7 x64 SP 1 system for years with no issues. There is no compatibility problem with VS 2010 and Win 7. In fact, VS 2010 was made for Win 7.

Where did you buy this copy of VS 2010? You might want to think about getting your money back if you can. It sounds like there might be something wrong with the disk or the installer.

You don't need VS 2010 for the redistributable files that you need. You need the Visual C++ redistributable packs instead. There is quite a difference.

    Try these packages instead:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down...s.aspx?id=5555
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down...ils.aspx?id=29
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=30679
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=40784

I checked and they should all install with Win 7.

Note that the programs that you are trying to use should have installed the redistributable packages when you installed them if they were needed. I find it very unusual that you have none installed at all, but weirder things have happened. Try installing the above packages and see what happens.

Weird. I'm looking at the pages right now. I haven't closed them yet...

Try the main page where the downloads live:

    I think it's a MS problem.
Today I've seen several MS pages that one minute it shows "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found".
Then, a few minutes later the page works.
