Guys, am lost with so many items fail's as you know-this, I got so many...

You appear to have major corruption problems according to that log
I have NEVER seen that many registry leaks before .

It may have been caused by a virus or other malware.

I believe your best option is a clean install/Factory reset,
I know its a pain, but please copy any private/important folders/files to an external device first
