Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Formating any drive requires an administrator account. So if you want to format it will ask you for elevation, which in turn will ask you for your admin password. You just need to use a standard user account (which is a good practice anyway) instead of an administrator account.

Hi, my friend asked me to enlarge his local disk with OS (don't have enough space on it). I have done it few times before with different computers - format neighbouring local disk, add requested space to the first one and create second local disk from the rest of the space. But it does not work...
