i use my right click on mouse to copy and paste in web sites, but recently i get an error saying flash need installing or activating?

i have flash installed and updated but still get this error

Flash drive error?
Sometimes I get this message pop up. I check "Automatically fix file system errors" and "Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors". It tells me I have to force dismount it which I do. It then schedules a disk check at next boot but it never runs. This isn't the first time this has happened....
