Programs went missing from Uninstall programs list

My anti-virus avast picked up a false positive today from full system scan, from a game I play (More specifically Monster Hunter Online CH and my computer is free of viruses). So then I realized I don't really play that game anymore. So I went ahead and uninstalled it from my list today, then I deleted the false positive. Including the folder that the game left behind in my external drive. To my surprise, after doing so, when I wanted to uninstall other games I wanted, A HUGE TON of my programs literally disappear! Only 28 programs list! So maybe I thought it was a bug, and went to CCleaner. To my surprise, even then SOME programs are missing there as well! More programs pop up in CCleaner, but still missing! I tried restarting, turning off, reconnecting my drive, and still no alas, everything is missing... So then I decided to do the regular fixes with Regedit, looking for my missing programs through the uninstall thingy path recommended by Microsoft. AND my surprise again, EVERYTHING is missing except Microsoft updates and graphic drivers! and no file is listed with more than 63 characters! Can anyone help out?

Edit: Also decided to run SFC scan, and it found no violations.
Edit 2: Installed Revo Uninstaller, Only detected 6 programs. Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet
Edit 3: Finished malewarebytes scan, and it detected 9 items, and I deleted them. It all seemed to be PUP from my other user account which I don't use. Probably from toolbars that came with ASUS I'm guessing.

    Look at these two locations
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

click on every entry in the list.
In the right pane see if it has a System Component entry. If it does, make sure the value is 0 and not 1.

Every entry you change from 1 to 0 should now appear in the Uninstall list.

Alright, I did that. But all that popped up in my uninstall list is Microsoft files like I said in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall path.

Now in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall path I only saw google chrome and revo uninstall in it. It's like all my uninstall programs are entirely wiped. Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

@torchwood I'm gonna try that next, but I fear that system restore might not be successful due to errors, and might not even change any core files before the uninstallation. I'll post back when I do so.

Yes, but I have no clue how to use it, or have a disc to burn it onto (or another win 7 to use it from). And it seems I'm screwed since I used revo to uninstall the file, and re-wrote my restore point. No clue what to do at this point D:
