deep freeze standard must be disabled before you can install / uninsta

After installing office 2016 update in c:\sysmbols, my deep freeze do not let me unfreeze to thawed state. Ctrl+shift+alt+f6 no show me deep freeze Windows. icon disappeared. I reboot the computer with f8 and secure mode after in the command line i write c:\rstrui.exe and i waite. Immediately start the system twice until achieving the desktop display and on-screen message "System Restore is still running or not completed". my computer keeps freezing, I downloaded the software to unfreeze but not work. When I start my computer the system boots frozen.

Did you try to open the window with the correct combination of CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+F6 you have to do ALT before SHIFT.

What version of deepfreeze do you have that you can install updates and still be frozen? The points wont work because once you reboot your system is the same as it is running off a disk image basically. Do you have access to your task manager and have you asked Foronics for help? https://faronics.kayako.com/Knowledg...onics-products
