    Program will not open


    hi all new to this forum, had a look around and its great, i need some help, their is one program on my computer that just will not open at all, i have tried everything i have no viruses on this machine at all ran everything i could to detect them and came back with nothing, i have tried the program on other machines in my house and it works fine so its not due to any recent windows updates, i have uninstalled it numerous times and reinstalled and still wont work i keep getting this message. (PICTURE ATTACHED). if anyone could help me would be great. View image: error

    Hi John,
    that runtime error IS generally related to a virus, Subseven, i would suggest
    1) malwarebytes free if you havn't already tried it
    2) Eset on line scanner, (dissable any other AV whilst using it)

    Have you already completely uninstalled and reinstalled this very good software using something like Revo Uninstaller [free version will work for all 32-bit installs].

WHY is it open in another program
in General Discussion

OFTEN when I am working with windowz explorer I get a message that the selected action can't be performed because the folder/file is open in another program. RARELY is that the case. So what it the problem? Delete, move, are the actions -- and i have no idea why the previous text is blue.
