    Windows 7 programs crashing after new hardwares installed?


    Recently I bought a hard disk and added ram to my pc. So after 2-3 days windows 7 x64 bit programs suddenly crashing. I didnt have those 32bit programs crashed on my previous hard disk and windows 7. So i dont get it whats causing this. ALso sometimes chrome browser crashes. After restart my pc is ok no problem. But yeah this problems happening daily. I installed windows 7 32bit because i thought this was a windows problem but nope still its happening. Previously i had no problems on my hardwares except hard disk so i changed it and also i added 2 gb ram. and when i open a program then close it and then re open again then it says unable to start correctly 0x0001 . I think its not my hardwares problem. But stili i dont know what's the problem ? anyway here is my pc specs :

    cpu: intel dual core e2160 1.80ghz
    motherboard: biostar g41d3b
    ram: 4gb ddr3 1333 Mhz
    graphics: on board intel g41 express chipset
    psu: ATX 400w.

    im using these pc over 5 years and no problem yet so i dont know whats causing this. please give me a solution if anyone can. Thanks.

    You say it started after installing a new hard drive and ram. First thing I would do is remove the new RAM and run it with the old RAM to see if the new RAM is the culprit.
