    Do you want to allow the following program from an unknown publisher..

    If you have the user control set to a certain level, when you launch a program from an "unknown publisher" you get the dialog:

    USER CONTROL
    "Do you want to allow the following program from an unknown publisher to make changes to this computer?"

    ====

    I like having this warning, but one of the programs in my startup folder triggers it and that prevents it from starting.

    The question: Is there any way to keep this warning active but exclude a specific program so that it is not prevented from running at startup?

    Thanks for any help!

    Hi and Welcome

    Use the task scheduler to run the task at startup. Run with highest privileges.
