    Sorry

I didn't know hove to explain my problem even on Serbian, but I will try on English:
You all know how Windows 7 have a very cool transparent taskbar, title bar and window border which changes color when you change desktop background. Well since I installed Asus gamer OSD my taskbar and everything else isn't anymore transparent, it now looks same as on Windows XP, and I can't change it back. I unistaled Asus gamer and still can't change it.
    ??????????
Here is a picture of my desktop if you didn't understand my problem

After uninstaling Asus OSD restart your computer, it should be back to aero...i still don't understand why is a windows 7 basic theme, i have OSD instaled and it works normaly, try to enable aero, chek in advanced system settings, advanced tab, first settings button. U get there by going to computer properties (place where u see your score, it is on the upper left).
But first just restart your computer if u didn't do so.

I tried to restart and nothing, and I tried what you said, here is also a picture of if, is that what you mean. But still nothing, I can't find anywhere how to activate aero

The only thing that could be the problem is...there is some program running that doesn't allow aero to run...i had something like that with new deamon tools pro, when i installed it, and it was running in background, aero was disabled, i had to uninstal it to bring aero back. So look at your background programs try shuting down some, and maybe it is not OSD, did u install anything else or did it happend right after an OSD install.
All in all there must be some program running that doesn't allow aero to run.

I only instaled OSD that day, nothing else, and it happened right after restart. I will try to shut down some programs, I will let you now if have any success . Thanks

I had same issue with transparency no longer there - re-installed the video drivers and that fixed that - but still have same issues as you with OSD install.

I've had similar experiences - installed ASUS Smart Doctor, followed by ASUS Gamer OSD and lost the Aero effects (see-through toolbar became solid). When you select 'properties' on the taskbar, the 'use aero peek' option is greyed out.

I then installed the latest ATI drivers for my graphics card and this solved the problem, but only temporarily because once the system was rebooted, the solid toolbar was back.

I've just uninstalled ASUS Gamer OSD and the aero effects are back, thankfully.

Hopefully ASUS will address this bug once Windows 7 is officially released ?
