Problem Installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2015

I've just reinstalled my system and when I tried to install Wacom drivers, it said the api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll was missing.
So I tried to install Visual C++ to fix the problem but it said something went wrong. On a forum I saw that uptading Windows 7 would fix the problem, but even after uptading it, I still can't install Visual C++ or the Wacom driver that I need to work.
    Can someone help me?
I attached the log of the problem, if it helps.

According to the log, the OP runs Windows 7 RTM. The very first line clearly says so:
    [049C:0A50][2016-09-25T12:09:29]i001: Burn v3.7.3813.0, Windows v6.1 (Build 7600: Service Pack 0), path: C:\Users\Samir\Downloads\vc_redist.x86.exe, cmdline: ''
A quick Google search on the specific error shows that it may be related to the RTM thing:
    windows 7 - vc_redist.x86.exe Setup Failed: 0x80240017 Unspecified error - Super User

The solution, at least in that case and maybe in this one too, is to install SP1, then retrying the MSVC++ Runtime installation.
