Setup files are corrupted. please obtain a new copy of the program

I am trying to install this sw:
Free Screen Video Recorder | Record video and audio for free

This is free screen video recording software.
    But it not installing.
I am getting an error shown in attachment.

I have tried stuffs like re-downloading, deleting setup from temp folder, replacing setup present in temp folder..(I show it on youtube). But nothing worked!

After i got this error, I tried downloading a new software from other website.. but I am getting the same error again for that software too..?!
Is it a virus or malware?

The problem might be: the other site got their copy from the same problematic source.
What is the downloaded file? ZIP? MSI? EXE? By EXE, I mean a self-extractor/self-installer once it's clicked.
Although it doesn't often happen, if a program is "zipped, MSI'd or EXE'd" in some unusual way at the source, it won't matter what the end-user does.
Now this is going to come across strange -- once in awhile, my computer acts like it's a Ford automotive computer brain trying to understand, trying to work with, a Chevy engine and transmission; in short the computer is not "understanding nor working with" a particular install package.

Its not zip, its .exe format. Also I have downloaded from the official site.. so the file cant be corrupt at its source.

Actually, if the source site made an error in some way during the creation of said EXE, yes, it can be "un-install-able".

Yeah, just looking at the error box
    No program name/type
    Very suspicious
