Weird yellow text/font on pdfs


Randomly on one of my PDFs I have all this weird yellow text/font:

There is suppose to be more text, blue colors, pictures etc but this is all it shows.

it doesn't do this for all PDFs only a few.

My colleague has the same PDF file as me but he can see it perfectly. I've tried uninstalling Adobe Reader then re-downloading it and installing and still no luck.
